Upon return to nursery after the October break, Halloween was approaching. We had done some mind mapping with the children before hand for ideas. With two days to do activities we got straight into it. On Thursday we spent the session creating an interest table, discussing dressing up ideas and making craft pumpkins, cats etc. Friday began with decorating Halloween biscuits with goulish green icing!  Then had some games such as apple bopping and songs. Finally we had a Halloween feast for snack.
 
Fergus - I liked the things on the interest table and talking about Halloween.
Sophie - It was fun playing with the toy bats and Fergus at the Hallowen kitchen.
Reilly - I like skeletons!
Joseph- Spider webs are nice.
Tommy- I liked the Halloween snack.
Lily - Ducking for apples was fun.
