We went out for walks around the school grounds to look for signs of spring. There wasn't much evidence from the harsh Winter but we did discover some catkins on the trees and buds developing. Armed with magnifying glasses, bug pots and binoculars, the children showed keeness to explore.  Inside we have been planting some seedlings and outside we have planted some  potatoes in the newly dug beds, kindly prepared by Sophie and Tommy's parents.
